This study was commissioned by the organization called “Festivals and Events PEI.” Festival and Events PEI is a non -profit organization made up of representatives from festivals, special events, public sector agencies, associations, suppliers and educational facilities. The organization is dedicated to the development and promotion of PEI Festivals and Events. The goals of the organization are to increase, through cooperative advertising, the promotion of PEI’s Festivals and Events; and to enhance the professionalism of festival and events volunteers, staff as well as the quality of the festival and event experiences offered to visitors.
