Kings Playhouse

FAYO
March 14, 2008 | A Cabaret evening with the group FAYO. Starting at 9 p.m. Children 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Bar and food service available. Storm date: March 28th. Admission: $6.

PEI Garden Show 2008
April 19-20, 2008 | PEI GARDEN SHOW 2008 The fifth annual PEI Garden Show will take place on April 19 & 20, 2008 at the South Shore Actiplex, Crapaud, PEI. This event will showcase a full spectrum of gardening related exhibits, vendors, expert speakers and demos to get you started on your gardening season with new plants and products available for sale. Show times are Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. $6.00 \ one day; $10.00 \ 2 days, 12 and under Free. Fort Augustus Irish Settlers Days
May 22-26, 2008 | A celebration and promotion of Irish culture. Commemoration of arrival of "Glasgow" Irish to Fort Augustus area, and strengthen the link between Ireland and PEI. This is accomplished by hosting a delegation from Co. Monaghan, Ireland and holding social events in Irish communities (Kinkora, Lot 65, Tignish) and with Irish organizations (B.I.S.) visiting schools and historic sites.

14th Annual PEI Wine Festival
May 30-31, 2008 | Suppliers representing all the major wine growing regions of the world will be pouring 240 wines at the annual world wine festival. These are new wines to the PEI marketplace. This show is "the" event of the year for wine lovers. Tasting sessions Friday & Saturday 7:00pm - 10:00pm. Wine boutique onsite. Gala dinner May 29th at the Culinary Institute of Canada.
