The usually quiet community of Emerald will come alive with the great sounds of local and regional music during the annual Emerald Junction Summerfest Music Festival, July 23 - 24. Located in central PEI, this festival has grown to become a favorite for music fans wanting to get up close and personal with established and up and coming musicians of various genres.

 

 

The festival, which is supported by Tourism PEI and Canadian Heritage, takes place at 1929 Nodd Road in Emerald, 12km east of Kensington off route 2, rain or shine under the festival tent. Food services will be available. Evening concerts are restricted to 19 years of age and over. Limited seating is available, chairs are permitted. All tickets can be purchased at the gate.
